Hello!

Christin Emmanuel George, a bearded man in round glasses and a pale green T-shirt, sitting on a black leather sofa

I'm Christin George. I've spent fifteen-plus years leading product, which mostly means asking "why" until someone draws a diagram. Often it's me. I hate diagrams.

I started by founding MindHelix, which AskMe.com acquired. Since then I've built products for digital community engagement, a newsroom CMS at Quintype, the CPaaS platform at Kaleyra as Head of Product, and go-to-market data at ZoomInfo.

There's a pattern, and it isn't subtle. I tend to join right before the ground moves: a new platform, a new market, a new owner. If a company is about to change shape, I'm usually the one in the room asking where the load-bearing walls are.

I don't ease into things. I ram in with a planet smasher. That's how a borrowed Raspberry Pi became a NAS in a cupboard running twenty-five containers, a self-hosted blog, and a food diary that Claude writes to. Most of it broke at least once, and most of that is on this site.

Away from the keyboard, it's Linkin Park on repeat (I was the first person through the gate at their first show in India), F1 on race weekends, LEGO, books, comics, and more fanfiction than I'll admit to. I also tinker with my collectibles and make videos about them as @aztecdranzer on YouTube and Instagram.

Say hi

If you're hiring someone to lead product where platforms meet AI, want help with a product problem, or just want to argue about Plex versus Emby, write to me. I reply faster to good questions than to good intentions.

Curious how a blog runs from a cupboard? The colophon has the parts list.
